When we work with amateur players, we are committed to placing them at the highest-level AAA, Prep, Junior, and College. To accomplish this we have programs in place to develop their natural talents, improve weaknesses, and most importantly, find ways to bring out the best in every player. We closely follow each client to make sure they are always on track and meeting important milestones. We never cut corners and always take the time to do the proper in-depth research throughout the process to become aware of every present and potential future opportunity for our clients. As a result, we can confidently provide guidance about the best fit and options for each unique player and family.

We aggressively market and promote our players at the NCAA level and Jr level, making sure their names stay at the top of everyone’s list. We communicate with you and your family on the academic and junior programs that could be a potential match and provide information on others that should be on your radar. We constantly look for opportunities at the college and junior level where a certain type of player may fit a need within a program. We have worked hard over the past 10-years to develop and nurture a good reputation with each Division I school and junior organization to bring the best options to our clients and we have the knowledge and expertise at all levels to place players with the right organizations via draft, tender, or free agent signing opportunity.

For our professional clients, we offer expanded services through GDA Management. With a professional contract and a high personal profile comes the added pressure to perform consistently within the high-pressure world of professional sports. From training and development, professional representation, advisory services, and more, we help our clients reach their goals both personally and professionally.

Over the last 11 seasons we’ve built a powerful network of expert advisors. We have long-term relationships with coaches, general managers, and scouts throughout the U.S. and Canada at every level of the game, from AAA to Division I to professional organizations.
